Core service
Full lawn conversion
This page is for replacing a yard, not dropping a remnant next to the patio.
This is an independent referral guide. It connects homeowners with independent providers and may receive compensation. It is not a licensed contractor and it does not do the work.
What comes out, and what goes down
A conversion starts by removing the grass, the roots, and the irrigation that will no longer water a lawn. Then the base is shaped so water leaves the yard, compacted, and covered before the turf is stretched and seamed.
Eastlake cul de sacs and older west side lots do not take the same equipment. Say whether a truck can reach the side yard.
Ask for these words in the scope
Haul away, base depth, seam layout, infill, and who resets sprinklers that still feed trees. A price with none of those words is hard to compare.

Questions on this service
Can I leave the sprinklers under the turf?
Trees and planting beds may still need water. Lawn heads that spray the new turf usually should go. Ask the provider to say which lines stay.
Describe the yard
Say whether it is a pet run, a full lawn, or a hot east side yard. Call, text, or open a prefilled text.
